Sandy Uali owns AG Moving&Storage. She opened the company in March 2021 and has run it as a family business from the first truck, which is the whole ownership story: one owner, no franchise behind her, no broker desk between you and the crew. On our Google Business Profile the company identifies as women-owned and as Asian-owned. Sandy entered both attributes there herself, and we state them here the same way she stated them, as her own description of the business rather than a certification anyone issued us.
That ownership shows up in the work, not just on this page. Sandy sets the schedule herself and sits close enough to the crews to know which of them is on your job, so the promise you get at quote time is made by the person who decides whether it can be kept. When an estimate says your bill stops at the written figure, that is the owner's word, and she is the one who answers for it.

Full-Service Moving and Crew-Handled Storage
Full-service moving is the core of the work: local moves across our service area, residential and office, packing when you want it, with door shields, floor runners, wrap, tape and thick moving blankets included at no extra cost.
Storage is crew-handled: we pick up, store and redeliver, short or long term, with climate-controlled space available. You never rent a unit or haul a thing yourself. The services page lists every service, or ask by phone which ones your move actually needs.

Our crews work across Los Angeles County, Orange County and a confirmed outer ring of Southern California cities, 34 named areas in all, from a home base in Norwalk, CA. We are a service-area business: the crew and the truck come to you.

Red flags when hiring movers are easy to list: license numbers you cannot verify, no written estimate, a large cash deposit demanded before anyone has seen your home, and an hourly rate quoted with the drive time left out. Any one of them is a reason to keep looking.

For household moves within California, the not-to-exceed amount covers the agreed work; added items or services require a written change order signed by you and the mover before the extra work begins.

Tell us both addresses, the size of the home and any stairs or elevators. The estimate comes back in writing with materials included. For household moves within California, review the agreed work and not-to-exceed amount. If you add items or services, you and the mover must sign a written change order before the extra work begins.
