During the day, WMC 10.40.020(A) prohibits parking a commercial vehicle of 10,000 lbs GVWR or more on any street, and subsection (C) exempts any commercial vehicle actually being used for the pickup or delivery of goods, wares and merchandise. A move sits inside that exemption while the crew is working.
