When you interact with our website or services, we may collect personally identifiable information such as your:

On this website, the three forms send information in different ways, and it helps to know which is which. The quote form on this site posts to our own web server, which keeps a backup copy and forwards it to the moving-software system our office uses to work your request. The Get a Quote calculator is a separate widget provided by MoveBoard, our moving-software vendor, and what you type into it is sent straight to that vendor's own API rather than through our web server. The discount offer pop-up sends your name, contact details and consent choice to our marketing intake service, and reaches our moving-software system only if you later submit the quote form.
Non-Personal Information
To understand how the site is used, we use two analytics services. Google Analytics 4 records which pages are viewed, the kind of device and browser used, roughly where a visit came from, and an approximate location. Cloudflare Web Analytics records page views and page-load performance measurements, reported in aggregate, and it does not use cookies or follow you between sites. When the quote form is submitted and we accept it, we also send Google Analytics 4 a single "lead received" event through a server connection. That event carries a reference number for the request, the service you selected, the destination or origin city, and a note that it came from the quote form. It does not include your name, email address, or phone number. Either way, analytics helps us see which pages are useful, which ads lead to real enquiries, and what to fix.
Cookies
Cookies are small text files a site stores in your browser. Google Analytics sets a first-party cookie to tell one visit from another. The Meta advertising tag described under "Advertising, and your choices" sets first-party cookies to recognise a browser for advertising, and only runs when you have not opted out. Cloudflare Web Analytics sets no cookies. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings, but blocking them may limit how the site works for you.
We use Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection on our quote form and on our discount-offer popup, to tell visitors apart from automated submissions. While you use one of these forms, Turnstile may check browser and network signals and can show a short challenge; when the form is submitted, its token is verified before we accept the request. It is an anti-spam and anti-abuse check, not an advertising or profiling tool, and we do not use it to build a profile of you.

We follow industry standards to protect your personal information during transmission and storage. Only authorized employees with specific job functions (such as customer service) have access to personally identifiable information, and we store all such information in a secure environment. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and while we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Sharing happens in a few defined ways, and the details differ by recipient. When you submit the quote form — the contact information and move details you give us — those details go to the moving-software system our office uses to work your request. If you claim the discount offer pop-up, the contact details and consent choice you enter there go to our marketing intake service. Google Analytics 4 receives site-usage data and, on a confirmed quote, the limited lead event described above, but not your name, email address, or phone number. Cloudflare Web Analytics receives aggregate page views and page-load performance measurements, not your contact details. If you have not opted out of advertising sharing, the advertising event described below sends Meta hashed contact and name/location details, the request IP and browser information, and any Meta advertising identifiers already on your browser. We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not share your phone number with any other company for that company's own marketing. We send the hashed contact details to Meta for our own ad measurement, as described below. If you opt in to text messages, your consent and number are recorded with your request so our office knows texting is allowed.
We do not sell your personal information for money. We do use an advertising tag from Meta (Facebook) on this site so that we can show ads to people who have visited us. Under California law that counts as sharing personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising, and you have the right to stop it.
You can opt out at any time using the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information link in the footer of every page. Your choice is stored in your browser and takes effect on your next page view. It asks for no name, email, or account.
If your browser or an extension sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat that as a valid opt-out on its own and the advertising tag never loads. You do not need to do anything else.
When the quote form is submitted and we accept it, and only when advertising sharing is switched on, we also tell Meta that a lead was received. This uses a secure server-to-server connection rather than the tag in your browser, so it still works if a browser blocks the tag. For that one event we send Meta your email address and phone number in hashed form, together with your first and last name, city, state and ZIP if you gave them, which we also hash. Meta uses those hashes to match the lead event for our ad measurement. We also send the IP address and full browser (user-agent) information the request arrived with, and any Meta advertising identifiers already stored on your browser, which Meta uses to attribute the lead. This tells us which ads lead to real enquiries. It runs only when advertising sharing is on: your Do Not Sell or Share choice, a GPC signal, or a browser that could not tell us your choice all stop it.
We do not use session-replay, keystroke-capture, or chat-recording tools on this site, and we do not share the phone number you give us for SMS with anyone for their own marketing.
You have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Correction: You can request that we update or correct any inaccuracies in your information.
• Deletion: You may request that we delete your personal information, subject to certain legal exceptions.
