Paying for your move online means a card payment through the Cardknox portal linked above; card is the online method we can confirm here. Your quote confirms any other payment arrangement, not this page.
The amount to pay comes from your written estimate or final invoice, never from this page. When in doubt about a figure, check the quote first; it is the number that caps your bill.
Deposits and When They Apply
Deposits come up only around same-day and last-minute bookings, and the policy fits in two sentences. No deposit on standard bookings. Same-day and last-minute bookings may require a deposit, confirmed with your quote.
If a deposit applies to your booking, your quote confirms the amount before you commit to anything.
Your Estimate Is Your Cap
For household moves within California, the not-to-exceed amount in your written estimate covers the agreed work. If you add items or services, you and the mover must sign a written change order before the extra work begins. Billing is hourly or a flat fee, quote-first, so the written figure exists before any payment does.
